कानपुर में फर्जी मार्कशीट गैंग का 10वां 25 हजार ईनामी अभियुक्त गिरफ्तार
कानपुर। पुलिस आयुक्त/अपर पुलिस महानिदेशक रघुवीर लाल के दिशा निर्देशन चलाया जा रहा अभियान ‘ऑपरेशन सुदर्शन’ शातिर अपराधियों के लिये शामत बन गया है। धोखाधड़ी और अपराधों को अंजाम देने वालों को जेल में ठंूसने का सिलसिला लगातार जारी है। इसी कड़ी में फर्जी मार्कशीट/डिग्री गिरोह के विरुद्ध चल रही कार्रवाई के क्रम में पुलिस ने 25,000 के इनामी अभियुक्त मयंक भारद्वाज को गिरफ्तार किया है, जोकि लोनी, गाजियाबाद का रहने वाला है। मयंक भारद्वाज से पहले नौ अभियुक्तों को दबोचा जा चुका है।
पुलिस आयुक्त ने गिरफ्तार को मीडिया के समक्ष पेश करते हुये बताया कि पकड़े गये अभियुक्त ने पूछताछ में बताया कि वह एशियन इंटरनेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी से एडमिशन काउंसलर के रूप में जुड़ा था। पूर्व में गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त शैलेंद्र ओझा द्वारा उसके माध्यम से लगभग 105 अभ्यर्थियों के प्रवेश कराए गए थे। जांच के दौरान प्राप्त लगभग 280 मार्कशीट/प्रमाणपत्रों के संबंध में संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा उन्हें फर्जी बताया गया है।

Kanpur. The campaign ‘Operation Sudarshan’ being run under the direction of Police Commissioner/Additional Director General of Police Raghuveer Lal has become a deterrent for vicious criminals. The process of putting those who commit fraud and crimes in jail continues. In this series, as part of the ongoing action against the fake marksheet/degree gang, the police has arrested accused Mayank Bhardwaj carrying a reward of Rs 25,000, who is a resident of Loni, Ghaziabad. Before Mayank Bhardwaj, nine accused have been arrested.
While presenting the arrested before the media, the Police Commissioner said that the arrested accused told during interrogation that he was associated with Asian International University as an admission counselor. About 105 candidates were given admission through him by previously arrested accused Shailendra Ojha. Regarding 280 marksheets/certificates received during investigation, they have been declared fake by the concerned university.
