आधार एवं पैन कार्ड का दुरुपयोग कर फर्जी तरीके से खोला गया खाता
कानपुर। गत आठ जून को साइबर थाने में मु0अ0सं0 36/2026 पंजीकृत किया गया। वादी ज्ञान सिंह को संदिग्ध बैंक लेन-देन के संबंध में नोटिस प्राप्त होने पर जांच की गई, जिसमें पाया गया कि उनके आधार एवं पैन कार्ड का दुरुपयोग कर फर्जी तरीके से बैंक खाता खोला गया था।
खाता खोलने के प्रपत्र पर दस्तावेजों में छेड़छाड़ एवं फर्जी हस्ताक्षरों का प्रयोग किया गया था। जांच के दौरान ऐसे कई अन्य खाते भी चिन्हित हुए, जिनमें साइबर अपराध से संबंधित बड़ी धनराशि का लेन-देन पाया गया।
प्रारंभिक जांच में खाता खोलने की प्रक्रिया में गंभीर अनियमितताएं एवं संबंधित बैंक अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों की संभावित मिलीभगत के तथ्य सामने आए हैं।
इसी आधार पर फेडरल बैंक, अशोक नगर शाखा के संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं अन्य आरोपियों के विरुद्ध मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया है। प्रकरण में अन्य संदिग्ध खातों की भी जांच की जा रही है तथा अग्रिम विधिक कार्रवाई प्रचलित है।

Account opened fraudulently by misusing Aadhaar and PAN card
Kanpur. On June 8, FIR No. 36/2026 was registered in the cyber police station. On receipt of notice regarding suspicious bank transaction of plaintiff Gyan Singh, investigation was conducted, in which it was found that his bank account was opened fraudulently by misusing his Aadhaar and PAN card.
Documents were tampered and fake signatures were used on the account opening form. During the investigation, many other such accounts were also identified, in which transactions of large amounts of money related to cyber crime were found. Preliminary investigation has revealed serious irregularities in the account opening process and possible collusion of the concerned bank officials/employees.
On this basis, a case has been registered against the concerned officials of Federal Bank, Ashok Nagar branch and other accused. Other suspicious accounts are also being investigated in this matter and advance legal action is underway.
